Cost: 33% of first year’s compensation, including base salary, target bonus, and sign-on bonus.

Terms: One-third paid up front, one-third in thirty days, and one-third upon completion of the search.

Expenses: With the widespread availability of video teleconferencing available, we are confident that we can do an excellent job without interviewing candidates in person. However, if a client wants us to conduct personal, onsite interviews, we are happy to oblige. All expenses are paid by client.

Guarantee: All candidates are guaranteed for six months (180 days).
